We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all our parents and carers for your patience and support while we have been setting up our brand‑new wraparound care provision. We know changes to childcare arrangements can be a big adjustment, and we truly appreciate how understanding our school community has been throughout this transition.
Whilst we have been setting up the new wraparound care we have not applied some of the charges, however please note that from Monday 23rd February the following will apply:
Late Collection Fees
A £15 late fee will be charged if children are collected after the end time of the session booked (4:15pm or 5:30pm). While we have been setting up the new wraparound care provision, we have not applied these late‑collection charges in order to support families during the transition.
Cancellations
To receive a refund, cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will still be charged.
Emergency On‑the‑Day Bookings
We completely understand that unexpected situations can arise. Emergency ‘on‑the‑day’ bookings may be available; however, these can only be accepted if your ParentPay balance is fully up to date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any emergency bookings where the ParentPay account is in arrears. This ensures fairness, accurate staffing, and the smooth, safe running of the provision for all families.
