Zennor Class is home to our Year 2 pupils as they complete their final year of Key Stage 1. This is an important stage in a child’s learning journey, and at Nancledra School we are proud to offer the advantage of a small, nurturing class environment. In a small group, pupils receive more individual attention, greater opportunities to build confidence, and tailored support that helps them flourish both academically and emotionally as they prepare to move into Key Stage 2.

Our class is named after Zennor, a small and picturesque village on Cornwall’s rugged north coast. Set among dramatic cliffs, rolling fields and ancient landscape, Zennor is known for its beauty and rich history.
Just as the village of Zennor is full of story, character and natural wonder, our Zennor Class is a place where curiosity, imagination and early independence are nurtured. Children in Year 2 grow in confidence, take pride in their achievements, and enjoy the personalised support that being part of a small Key Stage 1 cohort brings.
